Interior Designer

Job Description
1.
Must have passion, be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
2.
Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
3.
Carry out design concepts and details, 3D perspectives, and layout plans.
4.
Able to handle 3D SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, AutoCAD, and Rendering Software.
5.
Prepare documentation, timeline, and cost.
6.
Excellent design skills, passion for design, and a recent track record of fresh work.
7.
Ability to complete day-to-day tasks under time pressure and can work under pressure.
8.
Develop design according to earlier discussions.
9.
Research/case study on materials, trends, and fittings for the project.
10.
Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior.
11.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
12.
Good time management & self-responsibility to achieve deadlines.
13.
Produce layout drawings including M&E.
