Job DescriptionRequirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop and IllustratorRequired to travel, as well as work long hours as and when deadlines are approachingAble to take on leadership role and mentor design teamExcellent organization ability, attention to detail and time-management skills with demonstrated capability to work on multiple and concurrent projects in various stages of developmentStrong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate design ideas effectively;Possess initiative and positive attitude, and able to take active action measures and communicate with all level. Job Description Create and present interior design concepts and scope in response to client needs;Produce estimates, schedules and staffing plans to complete projects on time;Managing the timeline of the project and work arrangement and follow the said time-line;Utilize software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects;Coordinate with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria;Responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules, as well as preparing and presenting design proposals;Responsible to design, prepare design concept proposals, 3D drawing, sketch, layout plan, detail drawing and so on related to project while meeting deadline;Approach project with creativity, foresight and maturity in design judgment while also collaborating well within a team.
