Interior Designer

Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.Required language(s): English. Bahasa and MandarinCandidates fluent in 3 languages preferred as role requires candidate to deal with various clients.Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required skill(s): autocad, 3D-studio max, adobe photoshop, sketchup & microsoft office.Willing to learn and self-motivated.Outgoing personality, interacts with people confidently and professionally.Must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu area with visitations to construction sites, occasional travelling to neighbouring towns.Posses own transport.Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.Who can start work immediately are encouraged to apply as well.Attractive job package: Basic salary + commissionJob Responsibilities:
Meeting clients to discuss design requirement and ideas.Developing design concepts and present to clients.Preparing initial and final drawings for the clients to approve.Prepare quotation.Work with contractors, installers and vendors to ensure design  specification are met.Provide on going project management and support to ensure successful completion of projects.To prepare order, check order as your clients needed.Good working attitude, able to work as part of a team.
