**Responsibilites**:- Develop design concepts that meet client requirements and project objectives.- Assist in space planning, including furniture layout, circulation, and zoning within interior spaces.- Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance design concepts.- Prepare design presentations, including sketches, renderings, and mood boards, to effectively communicate ideas to clients and team members.- Contribute to the creation of detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and construction documents.- Support project management tasks, such as coordinating with vendors, tracking project schedules, and managing material samples.- Participate in on-site visits and meetings to ensure design intent is implemented accurately during the construction phase.- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to contribute innovative ideas to design projects.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project goals efficiently.- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.Requirements:- Required skill(s): 3D Max, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion/Enscape.- Experience working on the initial project design with a team, including developing Photoshop elevations and 3D renderings.- Strong creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative and work independently.- Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and technical skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Interior Design: 2 years (preferred)
