Interior Designer

-To complete the drawings inclusive of proposal drawings (2D and 3D), mock-up drawings, section drawings, shop drawings, as built drawings etc.


-To receive drawings request from direct superior/sales team/site team on daily basis.


-To attend daily designer check-in and update drawings progress for each project.


-To work closely with direct superior/sales team/senior designer/ detailer pertaining to drawing design, space planning, technical requirement etc.


-Stay updated on trends and improvement in kitchen and wardrobe design to enhance the design concept and overall drawing perspective. 


-To attend discussion or site meeting with project sales/site team/sales consultant/senior designer to have a better understanding of the client's requirement (if necessary).


-To attend the Design Concept presentation with project sales team to experience and expose to client's feedback on the design related matters (if necessary).


-To comply the drawings follow the client requirement.


-To update kitchen and wardrobe drawing also product library into CRM and Design library


-Communicate with suppliers for material samples and rates.

; Requirements:-


-  Pursuing a degree in interior design or a related field 


-  Strong design skills and attention to detail 


-  Project and Site Management 


-  Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, 3dsMax (Vray), AI , Ps Google SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


-  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 


-  Ability to work independently and as part of a team 


-  Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks 


-Have own transport


-Able to speak English / Malay / Mandarin
