Interior Designer ( Junior / Senior )

Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather essential information and identify design opportunities and constraints. Develop innovative design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively. Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the design concept and project requirements. Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and material samples, to clients for review and approval. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of design projects. Monitor project progress, resolve any design-related issues or challenges that arise during implementation, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design capabilities and maintain a competitive edge. Cultivate positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals. Requirements : Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field. Preferably only Local Malaysian Candidate apply. Proven experience in interior design, preferably within a design firm or architectural practice. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit. Strong creative vision and ability to translate conceptual ideas into cohesive design solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
