Constantly keeping up with evolving market demand and customer requirements.
Generating leads and converting Interior Designers into our brand advocates.
Navigating variety/category of our products, colours and making correct recommendations.
Troubleshooting and providing suitable solutions for Interior Designers' enquiries/demands.
Prioritising leads based on potential value and likelihood of conversion.
Skills and Knowledge
Minimum Diploma required; Marketing/Design related graduation will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Service/Marketing/Sales.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills, especially in customer-facing roles.
Personal Characteristics & Behaviours
Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of working with teams across departments.
Strong interpersonal skills, influencing capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to work independently.
Passionate in the areas of design, colours, and architecture.
Fluent in both verbal and written English. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
