Interior Project Supervisor

Job summary
We are looking for young and energetic Retail Project Supervisor to join in our expanding team.

Responsibilities
• The role of a project supervisor expands from responsibilities of managing workers, vendors, suppliers and subcons and overseeing projects, to maintaining safety protocols and implementing site procedures for interior fitout works.• Supervising, monitoring, inspection and review of work progress to ensure project complies to project schedule and maintaining safety records on site.• Coordinate, monitor and review progress of work at the site.• Attend all projects and progress meeting as per the meeting schedule.• To liaise with sub-contractor/suppliers and make sure workmanship of works accordance to design and drawing specifications.• Able to supervise multiple projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.• To communicate effectively with consultants, clients and sub-contractors/suppliers.• Prepare weekly and monthly progress report as required by project manager for reporting.• Focus on maintaining high standards of quality control, waste management, and workmanship.• Responsible for achieving company goals based on ongoing developments
Requirements
• Minimum SPM level with 3-5 credits. Higher education level will be as added advantage.• Computer literated. Ability to use Microsoft words and excel.• Interior Renovation Based applicant only. Ability to understand design drawings. Proven skill in Autocad or related construction drawing softwares will be as added advantage.• Willing to work on extended hours (Retail nightworks).
