Interior Quantity Surveyor

Assist all costs relating to the project from the initial calculations to the final figures.
As the project is in progress, keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.
Perform risk, value management and cost control.
Control each project's margin and profit.
Prepare Sub-Con price analysis, tender analysis, and cost estimation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in a related field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good planning skills and willingness to learn and take up challenges.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, costing & budget, and financial management.
