Details of the offer

-Prepare quotation / invoice to clients in order to meet customer requirement.-Assist booking enquiry from sales team to make sure all customers' order on place.-Send out reminder email to clients to ensure timely payment and collections and accurate maintenance of payment status records.-Manage merchandise sourcing, delivery, stock counting and preparation.-Support inventory management activities and any other administrative functions. -Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.  -Proficiency in Malay, English and Chinese.-Internship duration of at least 3 months.
