Job DescriptionTo assist the technical sales executive with the following tasks:
Execute sales strategies in the assigned territory to achieve business sustainability and growth in line with the parameters agreed by the Management.
Maintain sustainable relationships and provide technical support to aquaculture farmers.
Provide accurate and timely feedback on aqua customer requirements and farm performance for immediate corrective action.
Ensure the visitation schedule is followed according to the plan.
Review and analyze market intelligence on market size, prices, and other forces measured in the bi-monthly review.
Identify and determine potential farmers in the assigned territory to become key feeder farmers.
Monitor and analyze customer database in terms of requirements and buying patterns to meet or exceed their needs.
Prepare price lists, credit terms, and strategy before each sales encounter.
Ensure sales are within the specified credit terms and limitations of the customer.
Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Aquaculture
