About the roleWe are seeking a talented and motivatedIntern, Business / Administrationto join our team atOSK Holdings Berhadin our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. This is a contract role that will provide you with valuable experience in theAdministration & Office Supportindustry, with a focus onAdministrative Assistants .
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative and clerical support to the business, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handling various communications, such as responding to inquiries, managing correspondence, and distributing information
Supporting the team with project-based tasks and special initiatives as needed
Demonstrating a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
What we're looking for
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business, Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute to the team's success
