Job Responsibilities:
Day to day business support of enterprise solutions.
Respond to issues that arise through onsite, email, and teams.
Attend to hardware and software issues. Examples: BSOD, connection problems with devices like laptops and printers, MS 365 application errors, etc.
Maintain IT inventory: Register new assets (laptop, monitor, or other devices).
New staff orientation: Setup hardware devices for new joiners and introduce them to the Mamee Application.
Training and deployment of assigned software.
JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, and/or equivalent.
Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions, combined with good analysis skills and the ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
Good communication and presentation skills and willingness to explore unfamiliar areas of knowledge.
Internship duration must beminimum 4 – 6 months .
Two (2) placements in Subang and one (1) placement in Melaka.#J-18808-Ljbffr
