About the RoleWe are offering 6 months internship to be associated with Swift APAC Internal Compliance team. As a Compliance Specialist intern, you will be given the opportunity to be a part of the data collection project to feed our central depository, where you will be responsible for data collection and validation processes, while assisting customers in setting up respective roles, data contribution reconfirmation phases, user risk monitoring and compliance re-verification processes within the compliance guidelines. Through these tasks, you will have the opportunity to learn be exposed to data management, contact management and build a strong foundation for compliance operations.What to expect:You will be involved in data collection and validation processes to feed our central depository. You will provide assistance to our customers, during setting up respective roles, data contribution reconfirmation phases.You will conduct due diligence activities (user risk monitoring and compliance re-verification process) for existing customers You will ensure proper implementation of the compliance guidelines.What will make you successful?University student currently pursuing an undergraduate or post-graduate programmeExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).Stress resistance and ability to work independently while being self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.Good analytical and communicating skills.Customer focused and able to establish and maintain warm & supportive interpersonal relationships with internal and external customers.Team player, who shares problems and solutions, pro-actively offers to help others.Dynamic, motivated, flexible, structured and well organised.You may like to know the team better by knowing the people in the team.
