Their feedback would be the best solution to improve our company's progress as well as our products.-Maintain a positive, empathic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.-Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within a time limit.-Communicating with customers through various support.-Work with the customer service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.-Coordinate and participate in company events/programs/projects.-Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
