Job Description


-Befriend customers for them to trust you and take your advice. Their feedback would be the best solution to improve our company's progress as well as our products.


-Maintain a positive, empathic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.


-Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within a time limit.


-Communicating with customers through various support.


-Work with the customer service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


-Coordinate and participate in company events/programs/projects.


-Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

-An outgoing and friendly person who enjoys talking with people.


-Can read and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.


-With a "getting things done" attitude.


-Go the extra mile to engage with customers.


-Ability to Work Under Pressure.


-Attentiveness.


-Able to work in 7-day shifts (9 am-5 pm) with granted 2 off days per week.


-Final Year student who is in their final semester only.


-Malaysian only.


-Minimum 3 months of internship.


-Current location: Medan Connaught, but the office will relocate to Balakong the end of this year. 
Allowance : RM700.00 per month
