Customer Experience Measurement (NPS/Customer Feedback)  Support analysis of customer feedback from purchase and claims experience to identify pain points and trends. Suggest solutions for how to improve customer experience 
Customer Research  Support quantitative and qualitative customer research - design, distribute, analyze and visualize findings, using various research methodologies and tools 
Customer Journey Mapping Review  Support cross-functional squad to map E2E customer journey involving, current state review, customer interview synthesis and human centric approach to future state design 
Agile Customer Experience Management  Get experience of how to collaborate with a cross-functional bolttech team to solve for customer problems, needs and desires What we are looking for… Curious and willing-to-learn mindset  Team player with strong communication skills  Adaptable and ability to thrive in a fast paced and agile environment  Problem-solving ability, creative thinking, and comfort with numbers  Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable with mastering new tools (example: Qualtrics)  Final year degree students having passion for customer experience
