Assist Customer Retention team in preparation of monthly customer retention report.
Generate report in Report Manager on daily basis and ensure that all information are accurate prior sending out to brand partner and Finance & Controlling.
Send the maturing contracts leads to dealer on monthly basis and collect feedback from dealer in timely manner.
Send contract details/report to Datapos in monthly basis for issuance of retention letter.
Assist in Planning & Developing Customer Retention Strategy.
Other Ad-hoc tasks.QualifikationenJob Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management or any other related field.Mandatory internship with supporting letter from University.Min.
