Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong tertiary (Year 2/3) background in either fields: computer science, mathematics, business, engineering, or economics, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business Operations, Sales, Finance, Engineering to analyse existing internal systems, processes, and workflows.
-Assist in identifying areas for digital transformation and innovation within HR operations.
-Contribute to the development and implementation of digital strategies to improve the efficiency and user experience of Troopers' part-timer mobile application and workforce management system through data analysis, automation, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
-Support data analysis and interpretation to derive actionable insights for decision-making.
-Participate in the design and testing of new software solutions, Troopers' part-timer mobile application, and workforce management system.
-Assist in documenting transformation initiatives, including reports, presentations, and project documentation.
-Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement.

-Currently pursuing a degree (Year 2/3) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and derive meaningful conclusions.
-Proficiency in programming languages and software development concepts such as Python and SQL.
-Knowledge of business processes, particularly in tech or related domains, is a plus.
