Assist in executing the following:
Online Store Management:



-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.


-Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory levels to optimize sales and minimize stockouts.

Digital Merchandising:



-Implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products in a visually appealing manner.


-Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling product displays and banners.

Sales Optimization:



-Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and average order value.


-Implement promotions, discounts, and cross-selling strategies to drive sales growth.

Customer Service:



-Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly.


-Implement customer service best practices to ensure a positive and satisfying shopping experience.

E-commerce Analytics:



-Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, sales, and customer engagement.


-Provide regular reports and insights to the management team for data-driven decision-making.

-Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Creative, Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.


-Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Tiktok Shop, Magento, or WooCommerce.


-Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media.


-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


-Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
