Exciting Internship Opportunity: Launch Your Journey September/October/November! Please indicate your internship period in your resume when applying. You will be exposed to the following dynamic areas during the internship:
Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in follow up with all parties to ensure all invoices posted, paid and cleared on time.Assist in reporting, analysis including vendor/customer balances reconciliation and ageing report.Process Accounts Payable invoices, payments and to notify vendors upon remittance of payment.Process Accounts Receivable invoices, receipts and generate monthly Statement of Accounts.Follow up and communicate with various departments to ensure compliance and submission are all in order.Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, researching and data compilation.Other relevant admin/clerical task assigned from time to time. Requirements: Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent.Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.Internship position(s) for duration above 3 month(s)Special skills required: Microsoft applicationsAble to work collaboratively with others.
