As an intern in the Legal team, you will be based out of our office in Wisma Tune, Damansara Heights.
You will be expected to be performing this role on a Full-Time basis.
The role reports to the Senior Manager, Governance and Compliance.
You will fit perfectly if you enjoy a fast-paced working environment with passionate colleagues.
You'll be in the best position to learn about the different roles & responsibilities within the legal department as well as how the team works with other departments.

Your primary responsibilities will include and not limited to: • Assist in Governance & Compliance related activities.
• Assist in compliance assessment, regulatory compliance research & reporting.
• Assist in completing ad-hoc related tasks timely.
• Prepare video, materials and posters for awareness on integrity and anti bribery & corruption.
• Assist to develop regulatory compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist in PDPA review.
• Assist to maintain compliance repository.
• Assist to conduct gap analysis review and reports.
• Assist to review listing requirements.
Requirements These are minimum-requirement skills and a 'must-have' for the role: Educational Background: • Currently pursuing a Law / Accounting degree or a recent graduate in Law / Accounting.
• Interest in corporate governance and compliance.
Skills: • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Creative and innovative.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Eager to learn and able to work effectively in a team environment.
