This internship is an important position that supports Health Analytics team initiatives by contributing to data-driven decision making, profit & growth focus, and efficiency improvement that support PruBSN Health Business Strategic goals. The successful candidate shall work closely with Health Analytics Managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of each component of these initiatives: business requirements, data preparation, modeling, impact analysis, and project management.
Job DescriptionDocumentation and Scoping of Business Requirements:
Assist Managers in defining project scope, objectives, and target deliverables. Working closely with business stakeholders to clarify requirements before starting a new project.
Building and Enhancing New or Current Data Preparation Processes, Dashboards, and Models:
Assist in the data preparation process that includes reconciliation and EDA. Build/review analytics tools to ensure the insights align with strategic goals.
Analytics to Insights to Business Decision Making:
Use analytics tools to provide relevant insights around patterns and trends.
Data Integrity and Accuracy:
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reporting tools that the Health Analytics team is responsible for. Document data discrepancies and their impact.
Qualifications & RequirementsStudents in Bachelor's degree of Computer Science & Engineering, Information System & Engineering, Financial, Mathematics, or Actuarial.
Strong communication skills in both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Exposure to Power BI / Python / SQL.
