**Job Title: Intern HR Generalist**Reports to : HR Manager**1. Recruitment**1.2 Handling onboarding process**2. Payroll Administration**2.1 Checking of overtime and daily attendance2.2 Setting up new joiner profile and update in Info-tech2.3 Process monthly payroll and ensure timely payout2.4 Liason with government bodies on issues related to staff payment2.5 Generation of reports and proper filing**3. Staff Insurance**3.1 Source for quotations when near insurance renewal deadline3.2 As middle-person between insurance agent & staff3.3 Activate & deactivate staff insurance account3.4 Check insurance Debit Note before passing it to Finance Department for payment every month3.5 Prepare monthly insurance usage record3.6 Assist staff on insurance matter**4. Misconduct Issue**4.1 Counselling4.2 Issue Show Cause Letter, then Warning Letter or Advice Letter4.3 Initiate Domestic Inquiries process if needed**5. Training**5.1 Maintain & update training Masterlist5.2 Request training budget from HRD Corp & monitor status5.3 Plan and initiate training plan5.4 Maintain Training Evaluation Form5.5 Search for training provider / trainer**6. Memo**6.1 Draft & published memo to staff**7.
