Position Responsibilities-Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to comprehend hiring requirements, the end-to-end hiring process, and team goals.-Assist in candidate sourcing by leveraging various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.-Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to facilitate the selection process.-Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.-Assist in maintaining applicant tracking systems and databases with accurate candidate information.-Support the coordination of new hire orientations and other administrative tasks.-Participate in team meetings for an update on the current hiring tracker. Qualifications and Experience-Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any relevant courses.-Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills-A valuable team player and able to work independently.-Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay-Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.-Possess own transport and willing to travela Necessity, not a Luxury
