Job Description -Carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of an organization.-Maintaining the accuracy of employee files and databases.-Assisting the implementation of company policies.-Prepare Letters / Documents / Reports etc.-Assist with all aspects of daily HR operations including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, payroll, Foreign Workers, KPI, Disciplinary, etc.-Prepare, and update process flow and SOP.-Coordinate and participate in company events/programs/projects.-Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
