You will be exposed to the following dynamic areas during the internship:
Participate in managing employee and industrial relations.
Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and attending interviews.
Support the execution and organization of the learning and development program.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Handle data entry for overtime and allowances.
Perform various HR administrative and documentation tasks.
Support HR projects and initiatives.
Provide customer service to employees.
Act as a business partner to the business unit.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Applications.
Willing to work in Subang Jaya.
