Responsibilities:Assist day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Update employee's relevant data such as attendance, absences, leaves, etc.
Process documentation and prepare staffing, recruitment, training reports, etc.
Assist in updating the company database by inputting new employee details in the HRMS system.
Contribute to training/Intern programme coordination submission (HRDC Grant/Mysip, Likes, etc).
Carry out other assignments and related duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:Currently pursuing a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources.
