Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of operation activities, including customer service, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient operations.
Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.
Perform tasks and a mini project that could include operation support planning, inventory management, fulfillment support, and process improvements.
Job Requirements:
3rd or 4th year students in Supply Chain Management & Logistics/ Business Admin field or equivalent.
Must be able to speak, write, and read in English, Malay, and Chinese (Preferred).
4 to 6 months mandatory internship program from your institution.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good understanding of transportation and/or warehouse operational processes and strong analytical skills.
SAP knowledge.
Good proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Good proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese, both written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
