Description:
Complete the time study for Comp Assy, Test, SSD, Module manufacturing operations.
Scope:
Engage with manufacturing/ process engineering team to understand and perform time study.
Data collection and identification of missing process steps for FIX/LMR/LVR operations.
Analysis of time study and revision of FIX, LMR, LVR.
Supporting Team:

Deliverables:
Able to redefine the existing FIX, LMR, LVR Headcount data measurement
Resulting in improvement of Headcount model.
Able to improve the Labor Productivity Index.
Stretch Goal:
Involve in providing inputs for improving the headcount analysis
Able to identify Non-value activities in the process
