What if you were empowered to make a positive impact?Job PurposeResponsible for back office operations support and promoting quality customer care.Key ResponsibilitiesTo assist in handling dispatch, including incoming/outgoing mails, update policy contract and medical card.
To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial service requests.
To assist in simple non-financial endorsement.
To assist in scanning documents and disposal exercise.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
Key Requirements/Skills/ExperienceCandidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce or any other relevant field of studies.
Applicant must be willing to work in Ipoh Branch.
Minimum 3 months' internship period.
Preferably to commence in Jan/Feb 2025.
A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
