Intern, Logistics/Supply Chain

Job ResponsibilitiesHelp monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensure accurate inventory counts and participate in stock audits.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating deliveries with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and troubleshoot any delivery issues.
Prepare and maintain necessary shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
Assist in processing orders, ensuring proper documentation, and verifying shipping information.
Collect and analyze data related to shipping, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Support the logistics team in identifying trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
