To be eligible for this role, you will require : Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Administration or any related field.Minimum internship duration of 3 months.Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for working with teams and presenting reports.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Tasks & Responsibilities :
Assist in replying and attending to all incoming correspondence and attend to purchasers' enquiries/complaints  (phone/walk in) which includes status of billing, collection and receipt of payment.Check all related legal documents received from solicitors, update, scan and file to respective files in compliance with standard operating procedures.Assist to post all correspondence letter, billing, receipt of payment and other related matters to Purchasers,  Solicitors, End-Financiers and others.Perform any other duties as and when instructed by the Superior from time to time.
