Job SummaryTo provide general administrative and marketing support to the direct report and Executive Director of the Penang South Island Project.Key ResponsibilitiesTo handle the department's daily operation and administrative works e.g.
coordinating procurement matters.
To assist in scheduling meetings and meeting invite coordination.
To maintain proper filing records for all incoming and outgoing correspondence, approval papers, requisitions, and any other works related documents.
To assist in gathering data, carry out market research, and competitor analysis.
To assist in the compilation of marketing materials.
Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management.QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Marketing, International Business, or other related courses.
Minimum 10 weeks duration for Internship.
CGPA 3.0 and above.Skills & AbilitiesGood communication skills.
Research skills.
Positive attitude.
