Job Description Organize, maintain, and update the People database.
Prepare reports and presentations with guidance from the Senior People Business Partner or HRBP Senior Manager.
Support the organization of events and employee engagement programs.
Assist in creating key visuals and digital materials for HR initiatives.
Participate in special HR projects as assigned.
Provide general administrative support to the People Team.
Handle ad hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at problem-solving.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proactive, with strong interpersonal, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Self-starter and creative thinker.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Proficient in Google Suite and Canva (or similar creative tools).
Preferably able to commit to a 6-month internship.
