Job Description Gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, understanding Renesas product and process flow.
Develop supervisory and communication skills through daily interactions with various departments.
Assist in root cause analysis, data collection, and lot disposition for daily operations.
Collaborate with process engineers to maintain equipment and improve line performance using engineering tools.
Participate in planning and executing new product introduction projects.
Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
Computer and software skills such as basic programming C++, Minitab, Microsoft Office Tool such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point will be an added advantage.
