Job DescriptionProduct Discovery:
Assist in conducting user interviews to gather insights and requirements.
Participate in requirement gathering and validation processes.
Support the team in analyzing user feedback and identifying user needs.
Sprint Planning:
Assist in the preparation and coordination of sprint planning sessions.
Collaborate with the product team to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
Post-Implementation Coordination:
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure seamless product implementation.
Assist in monitoring the progress of post-implementation tasks and addressing any issues.
Special Projects:
Support the Head of Product with special projects as assigned.
Contribute to the identification of key product issues and development of product roadmaps.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / Quality Assurance (QA):
Assist in planning and conducting UAT/QA processes to ensure product quality.
Document and report any issues or bugs found during testing.
Product Documentation:
Help in creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation.
Ensure all product-related documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business).
Keen interest in exploring a career in product management and design.
Highly adaptable and resourceful with a willingness to learn and pick up new skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Basic understanding of product development processes is a plus but not required.
Excited to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
