ResponsibilitiesAssist in conducting user interviews to gather insights and requirements.
Participate in requirement gathering and validation processes.
Support the team in analyzing user feedback and identifying user needs.
Sprint PlanningAssist in the preparation and coordination of sprint planning sessions.
Collaborate with the product team to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
Post-Implementation CoordinationFacilitate communication between teams to ensure seamless product implementation.
Assist in monitoring the progress of post-implementation tasks and addressing any issues.
Special ProjectsSupport the Head of Product with special projects as assigned.
Contribute to the identification of key product issues and development of product roadmaps.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / Quality Assurance (QA)Assist in planning and conducting UAT/QA processes to ensure product quality.
Document and report any issues or bugs found during testing.
Product DocumentationHelp in creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation.
Ensure all product-related documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business).
Keen interest in exploring a career in product management and design.
Highly adaptable and resourceful with a willingness to learn and pick up new skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Basic understanding of product development processes is a plus but not required.
Excited to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
