Intern, Quality Assurance

Position Responsibilities -To assist on daily QA monitoring and food safety related matters.
-Compile all QA relevant activities on a scheduled basis for review.
-Assist in outlet registration to related governmental bodies certification purposes.
-Support product complaints handling effectively and process complaints in a uniform and timely manner, including investigation, resolution, and reporting of all product complaints -Perform any other special project/ task assigned by superior/ management.

-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language for both spoken and written.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
