Intern - Quantity Surveyor

-Assist in obtaining quotation from suppliers/contractors and prepare comparison


-Assist to prepare letter of award


-Assist in preparing tender document


-Assist in calling tender and prepare comparison


-Assist in doing site valuation/site measurement and preparing progress payment


-Assist in sourcing for pricing for rate confirmation


-Assist in measurement/checking contractor submission


-Assist in concluding the final contract sum of the project


-Prepare bills of quantities


-Prepare work order/tender


-Prepare progress payment


-Review quantities and costing for variation orders/final account


-Compiling document for VO/final account


-Taking off quantities when is required


-Data filing of all relevant documents

; Requirements:-


-Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying


-Basic accounting knowledge


-Meticulous, attention to detail and a team player;


-Good communication skills


-Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
