Intern Recruitment Assistant

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and arranging interview appointments.
Schedule interview appointments with candidates, follow up, and get confirmation.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Process and respond to employee and manager inquiries.
Assist in performing the administration on documentation.
Participate in HR-related meetings and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our processes.
Requirements:
Welcome all candidates who are looking for internships in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Open for an internship position for a duration of 4 to 6 months.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
