During the Internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
This role is to support retail outlets in all operational related queries including managing pick-ups, resolving delivery issues, advising partners about the shipments T&C and SOP.
This role is important in sustaining uninterrupted service, reinforcing partner relationships, and safeguarding the company's reputation for reliability and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
The intern will monitor ETA, and handle complaints, rescheduling, and special pick-up requests.
The intern will advise outlets regarding shipping T&C and SOP, including PIDG, oversize, and East Malaysia shipments, while tracking parcel statuses and resolving delivery issues like reroutes, damages, or missing parcels.
The intern will manage compensation claims by gathering documentation and coordinating with relevant teams to process and follow up on payments.
The intern will assist in system related queries, addressing occasional technical issues, and supporting finance tasks such as weight disputes and payment follow up.
The intern will handle administrative tasks, including preparing shipment reports, managing promotional materials, and assisting with compliance-related tasks.
