Job Responsibilities: The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:
Sorting, making copies and filing of documents for all projects. Sending correspondences/mails to purchasers, lawyers and end-financiers. Pre VP preparation work for Residensi Seni. Coordination with IT & Project for pre-VP tasks etc: TNB & Air Selangor (Residensi Seni). Coordination with purchasers, Customer Experience, Property Management & Project for the fixing of appointment for handing over of VP. Issuing official receipts.Job Requirements Proficient in MS Office applications.Resourceful and have good communication skill.Able to work in Kota Damansara. Minimum internship period not less than 3 months.
