Job Description
-Create and design festive postcards and greeting cards for customers, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and customer preferences.
-Assist in daily content creation for our Email Direct Mailers (EDMs).
-Design visually appealing presentation slides for internal and external sales presentations.
-Develop and maintain a Google Site to provide corporate clients with up-to-date information on our products and services.
-Liaise with printing companies to arrange logo printing on gift boxes.
-Handle quotation requests and align with printing vendors for customer-specific packaging requirements.
-Assist with product sampling and tasting for new gift boxes.
-Coordinate photo-taking sessions for product presentation slides and promotional materials.
-Check data accuracy in sales orders and invoices.
-Maintain and update customer and order records in our CRM system.
-Ensure all delivery details are communicated clearly to customers and the sales team.
-Assist in planning, coordinating, and participating in company events, programs, and projects.
-Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and company goals.

; Requirements:- Requirements
-Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with Google Sites is a plus.
