As an Intern, Strategy with Troopers, your job responsibilities will be as follow;



-Assist the Strategy Team in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels that align with the company's growth objectives.


-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic sales pitches and provide tailored insights during project presentations.


-Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends within the gig economy and HR technology sectors to support the company's regional expansion and internal operations.


-Analyze market data and create reports to provide actionable insights for business strategy formulation.


-Support the execution of special projects by assisting with project planning, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met.


-Help implement performance tracking tools to evaluate ongoing project success and adaptability.


-Aid in preparing investor updates and management reports, offering insights into the company's performance and growth initiatives for shareholders and key stakeholders.


-Work closely with various departments to optimize business processes and support the delivery of strategic initiatives.

-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data, or a related field.


-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


-Proficiency in Google Suite (Word, Slides, Sheets) and research tools.


-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
