You will work under the guidance of experienced supply chain professionals and participate in tasks related to procurement, logistics, inventory management, and data analysis.Key Responsibilities:Perform inbound receiving activities according to the daily work planPerform outbound shipping activities according to the daily work planExecute the job assignment allocated by the team leaderUpkeep the safety, quality, stewardship standard in the plantExecution of warehouse sampling tasks according to daily work planExecution of warehouse material replenishment according to daily work planDrive continuous improvement of warehouse management work processesSupport in the supply chain ares with reporting, data management and analysis.Supervising and reporting on network activities like stock management, deliveries, and flows optimization.Detailed analysis of data process maps and problems.Development on efficiency projects and improving performances and efficiency of our logistics network.Provide and verify service levels (KPIs)Provide ideas and follow projects for activities and process improvement.Billing verifications and manual reportingWeekly freight billing and inbound/Outbound shipment trackingQualifications:Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and propose solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools to manipulate and analyse large datasets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in work.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and actively contribute to project goals.Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Prior internship or project experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related fields is a plus.Familiarity with supply chain management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is desirable.
Knowledge of basic supply chain concepts, such as procurement, inventory management, and logistics, is preferred.
