This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainable practices while working alongside industry experts.
What's your job scope like?
Gather and analyze data related to ongoing sustainability initiatives.
Assist in preparing reports that support Sunway REIT's Sustainability Report, with a focus on measurable environmental impact.
Assist in the preparation and compilation of documentation for green building certifications and submissions.
Coordinating and communicating with external green building consultants to gather input and ensure alignment with certification requirements.
Conducting research on sustainable building materials, energy-efficient technologies, and best practices in green construction.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to sustainability initiatives, including project progress, key milestones, and outcomes.
Supporting the Sustainability Department in various ad-hoc tasks as needed, which may include attending meetings, preparing presentation materials, and assisting with event coordination.
RequirementsWho are we looking for?
Candidates pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Green Building, Business Management, Data Analytics or any related fields.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
