We are looking for an Intern to be working in HR and heavily involve as support for Talent Acquisition.
Job summary:
Provide clerical and administrative task support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
General responsibilities:
Support TA team in managing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Provide support in recruitment activities & projects.
Support in Recruitment & Onboarding process in Success Factor system administration.
Functional skills and knowledge:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/International Business/Marketing Management/Analytics/Human Resources Management, or anything equivalent.
1 Internship position for duration of 6 months.
Someone who will be able to start immediately will be an advantage.
Able to demonstrate basic project management skills with great communication and inter-personal skills.
Ability to work within a deadline and take the initiative to run research and analytics.
Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Word & Excel).
A highly motivated, collaborative team player & willing to learn.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
