Analyze collected data with precision and finesse to ensure top-notch accuracy in delivering insights to our management team.
Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry by monitoring competitors' promotions for AirAsia flights and FlyBeyond.
Check partnership promotions of all flights products - AirAsia flights, FlyBeyond.
Assist in product checks on a tactical basis, responding swiftly to emerging needs.
Support our team with various administrative tasks, from handling close-out requests to creating HMS hotel shells.
Lead the charge in price benchmarking against competitors and internal suppliers.
Provide exceptional support for customer concerns and post-booking inquiries.
Support executing tactical campaigns for both hotels and flight + hotel packages.
Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
High energy and self-motivation. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities and challenges.
Ability to tackle tasks with minimal supervision.
