1. Videography:Assist in planning, shooting, and producing high-quality videos for property tours, promotional content, and client testimonials.Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture visually appealing and professional footage.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts that align with the company's branding.Ensure videos are well-framed, engaging, and highlight key aspects of properties. 2. Design: Support the design team by creating visual assets such as social media graphics, brochures, and marketing materials.Assist in designing property listings, infographics, and promotional content that align with E Trend Realty's brand guidelines.Collaborate on layouts and designs for both digital and print formats, maintaining consistency and professionalism. 3. Editing: Edit video content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, ensuring seamless transitions, sound quality, and overall coherence.Add visual effects, captions, and background music to enhance the video content.Edit and retouch photos using software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.Ensure all edited materials meet project standards and deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity.Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clientsHandle incoming requests and queries appropriatelyManage the CEO's diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide remindersBook and manage complex travel arrangementsDevelop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing systemProduce reports, presentations, and briefs as neededContact customers via phone to schedule appointments for showroom viewings.Manage and respond to customer inquiries via calling & WhatsApp.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively address and resolve customer queries.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.Requirements: Basic knowledge of photography and videography techniques, including lighting and composition.Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or Canva).Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Benefits: Comprehensive training and professional development.Work from home/site on Saturdays.Opportunities for career advancement within the company.How to Apply:
